What's Included in Every Ayaad AMC
Ayaad's Annual Maintenance Contract covers your property against all common UAE pests across four scheduled visits per year — typically one per quarter. Each visit is a full treatment covering cockroaches, ants, rodents, mosquitoes, flies and other crawling insects, tailored to the season and any pest activity reported since the last visit.
Between visits, AMC clients receive a 60-day re-treatment guarantee: if pests return within two months of a visit, we come back at no extra charge. AMC clients are also given priority scheduling during peak periods such as the summer mosquito season and post-Ramadan rush, when demand is highest.
Every visit generates a written service report documenting products used, application areas, pest activity observed and technician details, plus a municipality certificate. Commercial clients receive reports in HACCP-compatible format, accepted by Dubai Municipality food safety inspectors and required for restaurant licences.

Additional specialist services such as termite baiting, heat treatment or wildlife removal are booked separately and are also discounted for AMC clients.
